STRUCTURE Heats Up: A Summer of Innovation and Progress
With the arrival of summer and rising temperatures, the heat has been intense, and not just outside.
Inside Product Development, things have also been heating up, with significant progress being made toward STRUCTURECloud 2, our initial web-based platform.
Milestones are being met, and momentum is building.
Last month, Kenny and I met with several Super Users to review recent development updates and engage in an open discussion about their expectations for the new STRUCTURE.

It was a productive session, and in some cases, we were pleased to demonstrate that requested features were already available or are slated for release as enhancements to the current STRUCTURE.
Key focus areas raised during the session included:•
-
Billing workflow enhancements
-
Subcontract workflow improvements
-
Customizable dashboards
-
Advanced reporting capabilities
-
Expanded API integrations
Kenny was especially excited to preview interactive dashboard prototypes and demonstrate our upcoming dynamic reporting functionality.
Much like current inquiry drill-downs, future reports will allow users to navigate from summary views directly to detailed data, without needing to exit the report or switch modules. This will streamline workflows significantly.
For instance, if you're reviewing a Job Cost report and need more context about a customer, you can explore that data instantly and return to your original view with ease.

User Group Meeting – Coming in June!
We’re finalizing dates for our next User Group Meeting, which will take place in late June 2026 at the same location as our last gathering near Boston.
We’ll share more details as soon as they’re confirmed.
Please take time to read through this newsletter carefully and share it with your colleagues. This information is created with you in mind. As always, we’ve included helpful Tips from Support and a preview of What’s Coming Soon.
Wishing you a safe and enjoyable summer!

Introducing Kai:
STRUCTURE’s new AI-Powered Assistant
Transforming Construction Software Support & Document Analysis
What is Kai?
Kai is an AI-powered virtual assistant that will soon be built into our support website, designed to streamline support inquiries, document analysis, and user productivity. Kai will provide instant, conversational answers, intelligently process complex documents, and leverage cutting-edge OCR to extract key data from both digital and scanned files.

Kai is being built to add to your support experience — not replace it. The objective is to give users more ways to find help in addition to the support team and STRUCTURE's online Help system.
Kai will help with quick answers and guidance, anytime you need it, as well as being a self-service tool to help find and analyze information.
When it comes to personalized service and expert help, our world-class support team is still front and center — just as always.

Support & Office News
The C/F Data Systems offices will be closed on Friday, August 15th for the annual Company outing and Monday, September 1st for Labor Day.
Best Practices
Please be sure to log out of STRUCTURE at the end of each day.
If you are going to lunch or not actively working in STRUCTURE throughout the day, please return to the Main Menu.
Being logged out of STRUCTURE or back at the Main Menu will prevent you from causing other users actively working in STRUCTURE from getting any lock messages because they are trying to access a file you currently have open.

Creating a Support Ticket
When entering a support ticket, please include your extension or a direct line where we can reach you.
View Mode/Print Mode
Some Cloud users may have noticed that STRUCTURE switched to Print Mode as a default after logging in.
Please make sure you change back to View Mode.

New Hires
When you hire a new employee, please make sure they sign up for the support website: cfdatasupport.com and watch the Orientation video under the “How To’s” section.
There are several other videos under the different applications within the “How To’s” and “Webinars” sections of the website that you may also want them to check out.
Training classes are also available for your new hire as well as any current employees who may need a refresh. Please contact support to schedule.
