Momentum in Motion
A first look at the next generation of STRUCTURECloud
As we move through 2026, one word continues to define everything we’re doing at CF Data: Momentum.
Across the company, we are building, improving, and pushing forward at a pace that reflects both the opportunities in front of us and our commitment to you—our customers.
We’ve made strong progress on the next generation of STRUCTURECloud—and we’re ready to start putting it in your hands.
This summer, we will begin offering sandbox access to STRUCTURECloud
to a group of our customers.
Momentum is not just about technology—it’s also about community.
Our 2026 User Group Conference is quickly approaching, and it remains one of the best opportunities to connect with other STRUCTURE users, share ideas, and see firsthand where we’re headed—especially as we begin showcasing more of STRUCTURECloud.
If you haven’t already registered, I encourage you to do so. We’re expecting a strong turnout and look forward to seeing many of you there.
This sandbox environment will include a copy of your live data, configured within the new STRUCTURECloud platform. It will give your team the opportunity to log in, explore the system, and begin getting familiar with how the next generation of STRUCTURE works.
The goal is simple: to provide early access, gather meaningful feedback, and help you prepare for the transition ahead.
It’s important to note that this environment is not intended for day-to-day operations. Instead, it’s a preview—a chance to experience what’s coming, ask questions, and start thinking about how your workflows will evolve in the new system.
Because this is an early access environment, not all features will be fully complete or available during the sandbox phase. You may encounter areas that are still in progress, and that feedback is exactly what will help us refine and finalize the platform.
Your feedback during this phase will play a critical role in shaping the final product.
As always, thank you for your continued partnership and trust. We’re excited about what’s ahead—and even more excited to build it together.

Let’s keep the momentum going.

Update: Entering 401(k) Limits in EMT
A recent update has changed how 401(k) limits are entered for employees with multiple deduction codes in EMT.

Example
An employee has both Z and z deduction codes:
-
Total 401(k) limit: $24,500
-
Catch-up contribution (age 50+): $8,000 (applied to code Z)
In this case:
-
The limits should be split appropriately between the two codes
-
The sum of both limits must equal the total allowable contribution
What’s Changed
Previously, when an employee had both 401(k) codes Z and z set up in EMT, the full contribution limit was entered on each line. In other words, both codes shared the same total limit.
With this update, each 401(k) deduction line now has its own individual limit.
How It Works Now
-
Enter the specific limit for each individual deduction code
-
The combined total of all 401(k) lines should equal the employee’s overall contribution limit

Important Reminder:

Under the SECURE 2.0 Act, catch-up contributions must be treated as Roth contributions if the following conditions are met:
-
The employee is age 50 or older, and
-
The employee’s FICA wages exceeded $150,000 in the previous year (Box 3 of the W-2)
If both conditions apply, catch-up contributions must be made on a Roth basis.
Need Help?
For additional guidance, please consult your 401(k) administrator or reach out to CF Data Support.
